This week we filled in some gaps in our projects and updated our performances and reflections page, decided on a web 2.0 tool to use in our lesson, and addressed how we would differentiated instruction in our lesson. But before we could begin all that, there were some great readings to go through as well as a new video addition from the Watershed Project:
I've really been enjoying this "series" a lot. It helps watching teachers and students engage in discussion over the creation of a PBL lesson. From their questions and ideas, I find it a lot easier to structure my PBL lesson in a way that works and makes sense.
On top of that, I enjoyed the two readings/guides from the BIE site. The first was over guiding inquiry, and offered some tips on how to guide the students through the PBL lesson. The second was on classroom culture and featured an additional video on managing the process from "The Wing Project."

Overall, it was a good week for my project and I feel like I'm fairly close to finishing this PBL lesson! Once I got the initial page setup and assessment information completed, the rest has fallen into place fairly easily! Here's the link to my PBL site.
